“The GRAMMYs Will Go On: A Death In The Family” is a new one-hour special that looks at how the show’s producers, host, and musical artists made last-minute changes to the program against the backdrop of tragic and unforeseen circumstances. Set to air Saturday, Feb. 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS Television Network, the special features never-before-seen rehearsal footage and behind-the-scenes interviews with various artists and the GRAMMY production team and revisits the extraordinary 48 hours leading up to the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards last February.

Six-time GRAMMY winner Taylor Swift will co-host “The GRAMMY NominationsConcert Live!! — Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night,” along with two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J. Additionally, country singer/songwriter Luke Bryan has been added to the lineup for the one-hour special, joining previously announced performers three-time GRAMMY-winning group Maroon 5.

Music fans are able to get an intimate glimpse of the fascinating story of the 54th GRAMMY Awards through the lens of A Death In The Family: The Show Must Go On. The short documentary features interviews with GRAMMY-winning artists Dave Grohl, Jennifer Hudson, Bruce Springsteen, and Joe Walsh and includes never-before-seen rehearsal footage.

Two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J once again is set to host the one-hour special, which will take place live on Dec. 2, at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The show will be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound on the CBS Television Network from 9–10 p.m. ET/PT. Additional performers and presenters will be announced shortly.
